SignBolt collects minimal information necessary to provide our e-signature service. This includes: email address (when you create an account), documents you upload for signing (temporarily stored, encrypted), signature data, and basic usage analytics.

We use your information solely to provide and improve our e-signature service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Document Storage & Security

All documents are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Documents uploaded without an account are automatically deleted within 24 hours after signing. Account holders' documents are retained until the user deletes them or closes their account.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@signbolt.store. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
