1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SignBolt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

SignBolt provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to sign, send, and manage documents digitally. Electronic signatures created through SignBolt are legally binding under the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and UETA.

3. Free and Paid Plans

SignBolt offers a free plan with limited document signing per month, as well as paid plans with additional features. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to use SignBolt for any illegal purpose or to sign documents fraudulently.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. SignBolt does not claim any rights to your content. The SignBolt name, logo, and software are the intellectual property of SignBolt.

6. Limitation of Liability

SignBolt is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
